February '25: Coastal Setting Plots

The Land Agency has been appointed as Exclusive Agents of a collection of self builds on the most breathtaking site of Broadstairs, Kent, with stunning coastal views.

Planning has been granted for ten bespoke dwellings, all energy efficient, low carbon homes designed by award-winning practise, CDP Architecture.

February '25: Outstanding Paragraph 84 design

We are very pleased to have been appointed to promote this unique project and exceptional design, located on the edge of the South Downs National Park and designed by Hawkes Architecture Ltd, the country’s leading Paragraph 84 Architectural Practice.

November '24: All Plots Sold at East Peckham Site

The Land Agency has completed on the sale of all four plots at the orchard site to the north of East Peckham, Kent.

This was our first project with Hartwood Homes and we look forward to seeing the finished homes in this stunning location in the coming months.

July '24: New Plots In Walmer, Deal

The Land Agency has been appointed to market two bespoke plots in the coastal town of Walmer, Kent.

The site has full planning consent for two striking, contemporary dwellings designed by the project’s RIBA award-winning architects.
