On suitable sites, selling individual plots to end users often delivers the best outcome for all parties – landowners receive maximum value for their land while buyers secure their dream home built to their own design and/or specification.

On larger development sites we work with a carefully selected pool of developers, manage transparent bidding campaigns and provide clear, informed advice to landowners throughout the sale process.

Since 2019 we have successfully sold land on behalf of private landowners, developers, investment companies and local councils. Because we explore all planning and sales options, we can offer a fully independent advice to landowners on how to maximise the value of their land.
