Build Options

Throughout the process buyers will receive full support in the design and construction of their custom home.

After reserving a plot buyers will work with the project architects on the design of their home. All of the units will be fully bespoke and designed in line with the approved Design Guide.

Once the design is finalised buyers will work with the main contractor, Northchurch Homes, to fully specify their home, selecting all elements including kitchen, flooring, windows, doors, etc.

A fixed, turnkey build cost is provided and, once full planning permission is attained, the plot is purchased and the build contract entered into.
