Each plot buyer will work with an appointed architect to create their perfect internal layout and to produce the working drawings. Buyers will also fully specify all internal features including kitchen, flooring, sanitary ware, etc. After the plot is purchased, the house will be constructed by the approved main contractor under a fully fixed price JCT build contract. All work can be overseen by an independent surveyor and all payments for the build will be made monthly in arrears.

The plots are located off Lawn Road, one of the most prestigious roads in the village.

The buyers will have the option to create their ideal internal layout and select all internal features including kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, tiles, etc. The main contractor, Northchurch Homes, will provide a fixed build cost including Prime Cost sums for all internal features.
